Scott Weislow

Scott Weislow is an accomplished executive in enterprise risk management, environmental health and safety (EHS), regulatory compliance, and sustainability, with more than 30 years of experience driving strategic transformation across manufacturing, construction, retail, and environmental services sectors. His career is defined by a consistent ability to build and lead high-performing teams, design enterprise-level frameworks, and deliver measurable outcomes that reduce risk, enhance compliance, and create long-term business value.

Scott has successfully led large-scale risk management, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives that have resulted in substantial reductions in organizational exposure, multimillion-dollar cost savings, and improved operational resilience. He has overseen the implementation of business continuity programs, physical security systems, and alternative risk transfer strategies across complex, geographically dispersed operations. His leadership has enabled organizations to reduce their total cost of risk to industry-leading levels while strengthening enterprise-wide compliance and incident prevention capabilities. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Minnesota and an Executive Mini MBA Certification from the University of St. Thomas. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys contributing to community initiatives, mentoring emerging leaders, and supporting environmental stewardship through volunteerism and board service. He is also an avid, amateur photographer specializing is sporting events, wildlife/nature, and portraiture.
