Uplift’s Jerome Tennille and CEO, Corinne Graper Speak at the Annual Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals Conference

Uplift’s Jerome Tennille and our CEO, Corinne Graper came together in Denver, CO at the Annual Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals Conference. They were joined by our client, Stephanie Tedy from BMO, at their workshop, Putting People First: Designing A Stakeholder-Centric Signature Program.

During this engaging session, they walked through the step-by-step process used by Uplift and BMO to craft a signature social impact program. From the initial identification of key stakeholders to the art of fostering facilitated conversations, gathering credible data and insights, and finally aligning on a clear path forward, attendees received invaluable insights, practical tools, and comprehensive frameworks to ignite their own signature program concepts.

But that's not all! Jerome also took the stage on a separate panel, lending his expertise to a vital discussion on how CSR teams can contribute to workforce diversity and the broader field. The panel explored the current demographic landscape of the CSR profession and thoughtfully addressed the various barriers to entry experienced across different industries.
